The Hampton was one of the first true "coastal" style homes built in Cincinnati. J&K partnered with Kimberly Fox Designs on this project for the 2019 HOMEARAMA Show. The Hampton was the winner of the People's Choice Award, along with many other accolades. The exterior captured the coastal style with the use of true, cedar shake siding and a welcoming front entry and porch that you would see perched on the coast. The home's interior offered fresh design ideas and carried the elements of the exterior throughout. Show favorites for the home included an open floor plan with extended dining space, a working pantry behind the kitchen, stone wall accents, brick fireplace detail, and a covered outdoor living space that felt like a continuation of the indoors.
