The Camden

The Camden was J&K's show home in the 2021 Dayton Homearama show in the Union Village community in Lebanon. This Carolina-inspired home offers something for everyone. The rich, gray exterior paint coupled with the black windows and white trim create a quaintness that is timeless. Multiple porches encourage entertaining and hours of time spent outdoors. Additional living space is available over the garage, complete with a private stair entrance and space for a future elevator as needed. This home offers 3,328 sq ft (plus an additional 715 finished sq ft in lower level). The design partner on this home show project was Kimberly Fox Designs.
